Taking delivery of your Approved Used car is just the start of our customer relationship. When changing your Volkswagen we want to be your first choice, so it’s important that we continue to listen to your needs and deliver an efficient and professional support service.
Volkswagen Assistance* provides you with breakdown and recovery services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The benefits include:
- Home and roadside assistance anywhere in the UK - with no limit on mileage or call-outs
- We may, at our discretion, provide one of the following:
- A replacement car for up to two days
- Onward travel cost
- Hotel accommodation for you and your passengers
* Cars up to three years old are entitled to Volkswagen Assistance. This can be purchased separately for cars over three years old.
