Funding Methods

Contract Hire

This is the most popular financing option.  It is simply a lease, which enables you to use a volkswagen for an agreed period at a low fixed monthly cost.  You get to select your preferred Volkswagen fleet, free from worries about its value in the future or the inconvenience of selling the vehicles over the years.  Maintenance facilities can also be incorpoarted into Contract Hire whereby road fund licences, tyres, routine servicing and general wear and tear are covered.

 

Finance Lease

Sinclair Volkswagen's flexible Finance Lease is a smart solution that lets you take control of your cash-flow over a one to four-year period.  It can also help maximise tax-efficiency.  By deferring a proportion of the vehicles value to the end of the agreement, the monthly rentals become far more affordable allowing you to aquire a more expensive car within your budget.  

 

Lease Purchase

Initially the deposit is paid and for even greater flexibility, Lease Purchase lets you choose a deposit amount you're comfortable with (which could be as small as one months rental).  You then decide on the amount you'd like to defer to the end of your agreement.  Your monthly payment is then calculated and once paid in full, at the end you own the vehicle.

 

Contract Purchase

This has similar features to Contract Hire, however it may be more suitable for companies whose proportion of vehicles are more expensive.  Vehicles bought on Contract Purchase can be shown as assets on the balance sheet, as the company will have complete ownership.  By choosing this funding you do not pay VAT on monthly rentals as you can write off the cost of the vehicle against Corporation Tax.
