Minimum 12 months Volkswagen Roadside Assistance, which provides you with breakdown and recovery services 365 days a year, at home or roadside, UK and Europe, with no limit on call outs.
If the car is less than one year old, then we will add a further 12 months Roadside Assistance to the balance remaining from the new car policy.

With at least 12 months warranty on every Volkswagen Approved Car, you can be confident that should a major fault occur after delivery, the investment you have made in your car is protected.
30 days/1000 miles ‘no quibble’ exchange policy
During the first 30 days or 1,000 miles after delivery, any faults found will be rectified or we will offer you a like-for-like exchange - no quibble, no fuss. All we ask is that you return the car in the same condition as when purchased and we will be more than happy to exchange it for the same or a higher priced car.
Comprehensive check on the history of your Approved Used Volkswagen
Numerous vehicle validation checks guarantee the history of every Approved Used Volkswagen. These checks, along with access to large databases of information and specialist services within the finance industry, ensure you are protected. Information includes:
Vehicle identity
Make, model, colour, engine size and number, door plan, fuel type, transmission and date of registration as recorded by the DVLA.
Finance
This ensures there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car.
Mileage verification
Every Approved Used Car has its mileage verified. Confirmation will be passed onto you when you take delivery of your vehicle.
Plus, we conduct a number of other checks including service history.
Comprehensive testing and reconditioning
Our manufacturer trained Volkswagen technicians carry out a comprehensive inspection of every used car before they are given the status of Approved Used. The inspection also covers the bodywork and windows, and as a final check, the vehicle will be thoroughly test driven before receiving a full valet. Any faults are rectified using Volkswagen genuine parts and only after all these checks have been made can the car be classed as Approved Used.
