After a nine year absence, the Golf Cabriolet is back. The new two-door model is guaranteed to thrill whether the sun is shining or not, thanks to a standard specification that includes an electrically-powered fabric roof that takes just 9.5 seconds to open, 16–inch alloy wheels, active rollover protection system and Bluetooth connectivity. Even with the roof lowered there is 250 litres of available space and extra practicality is afforded by the 50:50 split rear seat and Easy-Entry function. There is a choice of three petrol engines at launch and S, SE and GT trim levels.
