We understand that our customers rely on their cars for a number of reasons, we also know that any amount of time without your car can be a major inconvenience. This is why we have put in place a range of solutions to help allow our customers to get on with their day-to-day business with as little disruption as possible while their car is with us.
Our Volkswagen fleet includes a variety of vehicles which are available for hire whilst your own car is in our workshop.
An insurance charge of £20 provides legal cover but if you are able to provide documented proof of insurance for your replacement vehicle then the charge will not be applied. All we ask is that you present your driver’s license on the day of hire and we will make sure that the vehicle is clean and ready for you to use.
Collection & Delivery
If you are unable to bring your car to us then we would be delighted to collect and deliver it back once your service has been completed. Our Collection & Delivery service is available from a variety of locations, so please contact one of our reservation team who will confirm if your postcode is eligible. We aim to collect your vehicle before 11am on the day of your booking but one of our drivers will contact you the day before to make individual arrangements. Please note that we charge a one-time fee of £20 for this service.
Our dealerships offer a courtesy lift to nearby locations to allow you to continue with your day while your vehicle is with us. Distances and locations vary by retailer so please check with your service advisor in advance as this will need to be pre-arranged where possible.
