Volkswagen Cambelt Change
Time for a Cambelt Change?
The cambelt keeps everything synchronised within the engine and is one of the hardest working parts in your Volkswagen.
Because it is in constant use, your cambelt is subject to a great deal of wear and tear and its exposure to rain, ice, hear, grit and salt causes further deterioration to its rubber construction.
Should it snap, crack or tear, the result could be significant engine damage as well as a possible repair bill of several thousand pounds.
This is situation that can be avoided by simply booking your cambelt replacement at Sinclair Volkswagen when it is due.
Your cambelt needs changing when it reaches the age or mileage limit recommended by us. This is generally every four or five years but could be sooner for higher mileage drivers.
The cambelt replacement is an essential task, which our experienced and expert service teams will undertake – providing peace-of-mind for a very competitive price.
